Understanding Our Site License Agreement
Our site license offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for organizations that need more comprehensive access to our PRO Edition license for DOTE and DOTEbase. Designed to accommodate teams both big and small, this agreement allows your organization to lease a minimum of 10 licenses, ensuring that all your team members have the access they need to do their research.
How It Works
When you purchase a site license, you receive a specific number of site license codes corresponding to the number of PRO Edition licenses you've leased. It's your responsibility to distribute these codes within your organization. Each team member will use one of these codes to activate our software with their own PRO Edition license. Please note that after a license is activated with a code, it cannot be transferred to another person. This ensures that each member of your organization gets secure and uninterrupted access to our software, while also maintaining control over the distribution and management of licenses.

Payment
Site Licenses can only be purchased using an electronic invoice. Because this is a manual process for us, you should expect some delay for a Site License purchase to be officially processed.
- First, submit all the relevant information.
- Next, we will send an electronic innvoice to you.
- After successful payment, you will receive the redeem codes used for license activation.
Note that it is possible to get a VAT reduction for a Site License if the required information is given.
